Plant and premises

All areas (frozen cells for raw materials storage, production points, refrigeration cells for storage of finished products) are monitored by a supervision system capable to guarantee a constant control on temperatures and humidity levels.
The frozen process obtained by state of the art cooling systems is capable to have the “hearth” of the product reaching -35°C in a very short time, maintaining intact the chemical-physical and microbiologic characteristics.

By using modern technologies and yet preserves the traditional heritage of its products, Sicil Ice becomes an ideal partner and supplier for those clients in the distribution and catering trade.

Organization and selling network

The "touch base" action with traders of the ho.re.ca. network is operated by our agents who ,on daily basis, offer the best options available and gather orders that are sent directly and promptly to our admin office. Our internal organization is slim and efficient with a structure of refrigerators warehouses and availability of an internal transportation fleet allowing a delivery time-frame of 24 to 48 hrs from the moment the orders are processed.

Sicil Ice respects all norms imposed by law HACCP and certifications ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.
